The week starts with the Community Strategy Hackathon on Thursday, 12th, where teams will tackle real-world challenges and design impactful solutions. After two inspiring Summit days packed with keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking, we’ll wrap up with the Unconference Plus Lisbon on November 14th — a unique, attendee-led day of discussions and insights in Central Lisbon.
