About Casa Mikva Casa Mikva sits on Calle Santa María la Blanca in the heart of Sevilla, in a space that once brought together Arab, Sephardic, and Christian cultures. Its cellars housed ancient Arab baths, later transformed into a mikveh — a ritual immersion bath for spiritual purity. Today the kitchen draws on that same layered history, with Andalusian, Sephardic, and Arab-inspired cuisine built around seasonal ingredients and dishes meant to be shared.
