While most people settle for "feeling okay," 10 NS members went deeper. We put on CGMs, tracked every meal, tested our blood, and analyzed the results. Now, we’re ready to pass those insights on to you.
This isn't just about numbers; it's about what we did with them. Come hear 10 unique stories of discovery that will challenge your assumptions about "healthy" habits and inspire you to take control of your own health status.

I’m on Earth to help you become a Joymaker. My mission is to help people ignite joy in everyone they meet through smiles, deep conversations, and healthy biomarkers. I truly believe that joy multiplied by connection is the world's greatest natural antidepressant—and I’m here to help you feel it.
My journey started in 2015. While working as a festival medic, I discovered my purpose: helping people discover joy without the substances. This sparked a sober partying movement that caught the attention of outlets like VICE, Elle, and Global News.
I eventually walked away from my career in pharmacology to teach people how to tap into their body’s natural "feel-good" chemicals through music and healthy living. Since 2017, I’ve led experiences for thousands of people across 15+ countries—from international festival stages to the offices of Accenture and LUSH.
Today, I host sober raves and Joymaker Bootcamps in my hometown of Vancouver, spreading the message of natural, connection-driven joy.
