Join a practical discussion-driven workshop led by Genna McKeel - executive coach and former operator across the U.S. Department of State, Google, and the startup ecosystem.
This session will focus on two of the consistent challenges founders and senior leaders face: navigating hard conversations and decisions, and managing your time, energy, and priorities in high-performance environments.
Genna brings a mix of operating experience and executive coaching insight - she built and scaled founder programs at Google for Startups and worked across policy, partnerships, GTM, and operations. Today, she works closely with founders and executives to help them lead more effectively, build stronger teams, and sustain performance over time.
This session will cover:
How to approach and navigate hard conversations and high-stakes decisionsPractical frameworks for managing energy, focus, and competing prioritiesCommon leadership traps - and how to avoid themReal-world examples from both large institutions and high-growth startups
