ASEAN OpenClaw Build Week π¦ Claw Your Way into Real Enterprise Workflows π Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | June 29 β July 3, 2026
π Early Access β Partner & Participant Roster Now Forming
About the Initiative
Most hackathons end with a demo. This one is designed to end with a deployment conversation.
OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent that has rapidly gained traction across the region β but like most powerful tools at this stage, it's largely being used for personal productivity and individual experimentation. The infrastructure, security architecture, and enterprise workflow integration needed to bring it into real business environments simply hasn't been built at scale yet.
That's exactly what this week is for.
ASEAN OpenClaw Build Week is a 5-day, execution-first sprint where up to 2,000 builders across ASEAN work directly on real enterprise problems β building production-ready OpenClaw agents, not weekend prototypes. Every project is grounded in an actual business challenge contributed by enterprise partners across industries, and the strongest teams walk away with a genuine pathway to deploy their solution as a paid AI project with an enterprise.
We're in early formation right now β and that's exactly why we're publishing this. The builders, enterprises, and technology partners who come in at this stage help shape the tracks, the use cases, and the energy of the room.
Who's Behind This
This initiative is organized by GenAI Fund β Asia's first AI-focused fund, founded by former AWS executives who have built and scaled the startup ecosystem across ASEAN and beyond.
Here's what we've already done:
π LotusHacks 2026 β Vietnam's Biggest AI Hackathon 1,500+ participants from 30+ countries Β· 200+ AI teams Β· 36 hours of non-stop building Β· 30+ ecosystem partners including OpenAI, AWS, NVIDIA, Google Cloud, ElevenLabs, Notion, and more Β· Up to $1M in ecosystem prizes
π Regional AI Programmes across 6 Countries 2,600+ startups Β· 500+ enterprise-startup matches Β· 100+ active AI PoCs Β· 100+ enterprises engaged across Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and beyond β in partnership with AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, FPT, and government agencies including Enterprise Singapore, MDEC, and EDB Singapore.
π’ Enterprise Venture Building at Scale Hands-on AI deployment work with Coca-Cola, Sime Darby Property, Tasco, and more β from use case design through to production.
π»π³ Strategic AI Advisor to the Vietnam Government Supporting national-level AI capability building and enterprise innovation.
When we say we know how to run this β we mean it.
Who Is This For?
π§βπ» Developers & AI Engineers You've experimented with OpenClaw. Now build with it for real β against an actual enterprise brief, with real infrastructure, real API access, and a genuine evaluation at the end. No prior OpenClaw experience required; the first three days are designed to get every participant up to speed before the build begins. Participation is free. Solo and team registrations are both welcome.
π Founders & Startup Teams Treat this as a live proof-of-concept opportunity with enterprise validation built in. The companies in the room aren't there to watch β they're there to find solutions they can deploy. If your team builds something strong, there's a direct pathway to a paid AI project.
π Business Executives & Corporate Innovation Teams You don't need to write code to get value from this room. Whether you're leading digital transformation, scouting AI adoption opportunities, or looking for a faster path from idea to proof-of-concept β this is where you sit alongside the builders actually making it happen. Come with a problem. Leave with a working prototype and a shortlist of talent worth hiring or piloting with.
π’ Enterprises with Real Problems We're actively onboarding enterprise partners who want to put genuine workflow challenges on the table. Your problem statement becomes the builder brief across one of our industry tracks. You evaluate the solutions on Demo Day. The strongest ones move toward a structured deployment pathway β a real paid AI project, not just a handshake. Reach out directly to explore what contribution looks like for your organisation.
β‘ Technology Partners & Sponsors We're partnering with hyperscalers, foundation model providers, AI and tech enablers, and API tooling platforms. Over the first three days alone, 30+ partner workshop slots will put your technology directly in front of builders before they start building β meaning your tools get evaluated, adopted, and integrated into 500+ projects during the hackathon itself. Early partners get first pick of workshop slots, track design input, and the highest visibility across all 5 days. The conversation starts now.
What We're Aiming to Deliver
Grounded in what we've already executed across 6 countries and with partners like AWS, NVIDIA, Google Cloud, and 100+ enterprises β these are the targets we're building toward:
π§βπ» 2,000AI builders activated from across ASEANποΈ 500OpenClaw projects across enterprise industry tracksπ’ 10Enterprise partners contributing real problem statementsπ€ 30Tech partners embedded across the builder stackπ‘ 100+AI use cases across fintech, healthcare, logistics, retail & manufacturingπ $1M+In ecosystem perks available to participants
π₯ Prizes & Perks β Being Confirmed Now
All participants will have access to up to $1M in ecosystem perks from the GenAI Fund platform β including cloud credits, API access, and platform tools from our partner network. We're actively working with partners to finalise the full credit and perks breakdown, and will be announcing confirmed contributions progressively.
Beyond perks, the most meaningful reward for top teams is a direct deployment pathway: the strongest OpenClaw projects built against enterprise tracks will have the opportunity to move into paid AI projects with the enterprise partners in the room. That's not a prize β that's a business outcome.
Prize pool details are being finalised. Follow this page for announcements as they drop.
How It Works β The 5-Day Sprint
The programme is structured in two distinct phases: three days of intensive workshops to enable and prepare, followed by a two-day build and demo sprint.
Days 1β3 Β· MonβWed, June 29βJuly 1 β ENABLE, INTEGRATE, DESIGN Before a single line of hackathon code is written, participants go through 30+ partner workshop slots across three focused days β covering hyperscaler deployment, AI model integration, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, enterprise deployment patterns, and ecosystem APIs. By the time the hackathon begins, every builder has had direct access to the tools, platforms, and partners they'll be building with. This is what separates OpenClaw Build Week from a traditional hackathon.
Day 4 Β· Thu July 2 β BUILD Hackathon kicks off at 09:00. Builders work across industry and technology tracks, with mentor check-ins throughout the day, rapid prototyping sessions in the afternoon, and a late-night build session for the committed.
Day 5 Β· Fri July 3 β DEMO System presentations at 10:00. Enterprise partners and judges evaluate solutions at 13:00. Awards ceremony at 15:00. Networking and pilot conversations to close out the week at 17:00.
Industry & Technology Tracks
Participants self-select into tracks based on the problems they want to solve. Industry tracks include financial services, retail & e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics & supply chain β each anchored by a real enterprise problem statement. Technology tracks are available for builders focused on infrastructure, agent architecture, and tooling integration.
Full track listings and enterprise problem statements will be published as partners are confirmed.
