What does it mean to truly see — and be seen?
Join us for an evening that moves between the canvas and the conversation.
We’re bringing together artists, thinkers, and women building something of their own for a nude model drawing workshop, followed by a panel that goes straight to the heart of what it means to reclaim your body, your beauty, and your power.
1% Women (@1percentwomen) brings you Nila ter Beek (@vanihila) — multidisciplinary artist and the creative mind behind Vanihila — who will guide you through an intimate session drawing a live nude model. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to look. Expect charcoal, paint, laughter, and a little discomfort — that’s where the good stuff lives.
Following the workshop, Hannah Rinne (@hannahrinne), founder of The Conversation Club (@conversationclubb), moderates Reclaiming Beauty, Body & Power — a panel exploring the tension at the heart of modern womanhood. The conversation brings together voices from across the spectrum: artist, activist, and a sex worker speaking from lived experience. Who defines value? Who profits from it? What does it actually mean for women to own their bodies in a system built to shape and limit them? No easy answers. Real conversation.
The evening closes with drinks, snacks, and the kind of dialogue that tends to continue long after the event ends.
Space is limited to 40 people. Secure your spot early.
