Want to get more involved with FPL but not sure where to start? These monthly onboarding sessions are designed to take the guesswork out of it. We'll pull back the curtain on how FPL operates, what we're focusing on in 2026, and where volunteers are genuinely needed, so you can figure out if and how you'd like to contribute. Whether you have a couple of hours a month or more, we'll help you find something that fits. Volunteer-led communities work best when the load is shared, and we're intentional about making that easy. That means no "figure it out yourself" energy, just a straightforward, welcoming hour with the team.
