Join ALO + The Yoga Club at Nobu Barcelona led by Gala Ortin for an energizing Vinyasa practice: Frost & Fire Flow
An immersive seasonal practice that balances winter’s quiet stillness with invigorating warmth.
The experience opens with spacious, cooling movements that invite clarity, grounding, and presence. From this serene foundation, the class gradually builds into a fluid, heat-creating vinyasa designed to awaken strength, expand energy, and ignite a steady inner fire.
The practice concludes with a 20 minute breathwork session to allow the mind and the body to expand the self-awareness.
Afterwards, immerse yourself in the relaxing and tranquil space of Nobu Spa.
