Join us for a special Mat Pilates class with Tawny. Tawny Janae is a traveling yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and model who is passionate about movement and plant-based organic living. She began practicing yoga at age 17 and has been hooked ever since. With almost a decade of teaching experience, 400 hours of certification, and a focus on kinesiology in college, Tawny is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her classes and encouraging people to have fun through movement.
Please meet at the hotel entrance to be guided to class.
