Supriya’s yoga journey is a bridge between ancient wisdom and the modern world.
After over a decade studying classical Indian dance, she turned to yoga to find balance amidst the intensity of performance — a balance that later became essential as she navigated a fast-paced career.Supriya became fascinated by what it means to remain human in an increasingly technological age.
Supriya completed her yoga teacher training in Hawaii in 2018, and expanded her studies with an Ashtanga-based training at Soul School in Mexico, alongside Reiki and embodiment mentorships.
She later deepened her craft assisting senior teachers with intelligent sequencing and hands-on adjustments.
Her classes are slow, intentional, and deeply embodied. Supriya blends breathwork, energetics, and storytelling to guide students back to their intuition.
