by Future Led
For senior climate leaders who are ready for the next level, and want to make sure they’re not standing in their own way
A free 60-minute workshop for high-performing leaders ready for what's next in their career, without another leadership programme, more effort, or having to start over
You know you're good at what you do. Your track record proves it. The rigour, the depth, the ability to deliver under pressure. That's what got you here.
But something about the next level feels different. Harder than it should be. Like the rules have changed, and what worked before isn’t getting you where you want to go next.
You're doing everything that's always worked. You're more prepared than anyone at the table. You're carrying the weight because nobody else will do it to your standard. And you're tired. Not because the work is too much. But because the effort isn't landing the way it used to.
You can see the promotion. The next stage of your career. The seat where you could actually make the kind of impact this sector needs from you. You just can't figure out what's between you and it.
So you do what you've always done. You double-down on the strategies that have brought you to where you are today. You do more of what you know you’re great at.
And the ceiling doesn't move.
What if the problem isn't what you think it is?
What if the very qualities that built your career are now the things capping it?
Not because they're wrong, or because you need to start over. But because they've become so dominant that they're blocking the thing you actually need for the next level.
This is the invisible ceiling.
And it's invisible precisely because it's made of your strengths.
What you'll leave this session with
1/ The Strength vs Sabotage Diagnostic that shows you the thing nobody in your organisation is ever going to tell you: which of your greatest qualities are starting to undermine your progress. You'll leave knowing exactly what to stop doing in your next career stage, so you can move into your next stage without the patterns that held you back in this one.
2/ Your Leadership Polarity Map that reveals the strength you've been unconsciously suppressing every time you lean harder into the one everyone praises you for. This is the piece that routinely unlocks big insights for senior leaders. Because the thing standing between you and the next level isn't something that you're missing. It's been there all along; you’ve just been drowning it out.
3/ One clear next step that you can act on the week after this session. The single highest-leverage move based on your personal results – towards the promotion, the role, or the opportunity you’ve been gearing up for.
This is for you if
You're a senior climate leader positioning yourself for a promotion, a bigger role, or a seat at a table where you can do more of the work that actually matters to you. You've got the track record and the expertise. But the next step feels like it needs something different from you, and it’s hard to put your finger on what. You've tried working harder. You've read the leadership books. You've talked to peers who are navigating the same thing, and got empathy but not answers. You have a hunch that the answer isn't more effort or another leadership programme. You just haven't had the space to look at what it actually is.You're ready to stop going round in circles and get honest about what's really in the way.
What to expect
The session will be recorded for internal purposes — but the recording and slides will not be shared after the session. You'll get the most out of it by attending live.
