THE EXPERIENCEThis month’s session will be guided by Ana, our core power queen, an American instructor leading the class in English. Ana’s sculpt yoga class is a powerful experience that blends the fluidity of yoga with strength and cardio elements. Through traditional postures, resistance work, and dynamic sequences, the practice tones and strengthens the body while gently elevating the heart rate. Set in infrared heat, the environment supports circulation, endurance, and deeper mind-body connection. The warmth encourages you to move with breath and intention while building stability and resilience. You will leave feeling centered, strong, and revitalized. Before class, we will gather nearby for coffee or smoothies, creating space to connect, share, and settle into the rhythm of the day before moving together.
