We're thrilled to announce the next chapter in our series of extraordinary off-site gatherings for Europe’s leading builders and investors.

This time, we head to the foothills and glaciers of the Alps for a curated, high-trust experience in the stunning Piedmont region of Northern Italy as well as Charmonix, co-hosted with our dear friends Paolo Pio from Exceptional Ventures and Itxaso del Palacio from Notion Capital.

For our treks, we've partnered with the very best: a former special forces commando and one of the world's leading female mountain guides. Together they bring an exceptional blend of elite leadership, resilience, and stories forged through years of real-world operations in the planet's most demanding environments. You’ll have full control over the intensity—choosing exactly how far you push yourself physically and mentally throughout the trek—allowing you to challenge your limits at your own pace while creating an extraordinary space for deep reflection, meaningful connection, and profound personal renewal.

Retreat Overview (May 7–10)

May 7 — Arrival & WelcomeCheck in, relax, and enjoy a welcome dinner with introductions in the evening.

May 8 — Glacier Day or Tourist DayAfter breakfast and a short morning program, choose between an exhilarating glacier trek—featuring hands-on ice climbing under expert guidance—or a more relaxed scenic day exploring the highlights of Chamonix. Guests are welcome to return early for an afternoon spa session, before we all come together for a wholesome dinner back in Courmayeur.

May 9 — Trekking & Local ExperiencesEnjoy a full day of expertly guided trekking in the breathtaking landscapes around Courmayeur, with two tailored route options that split midway—allowing you to choose the perfect level of challenge. In the afternoon, unwind with dedicated spa time, followed by a relaxed dinner at the hotel highlighted by an exclusive cheese-tasting experience showcasing the finest local produce from the Aosta Valley region.

May 10 — DepartureLeisurely breakfast before guests depart.
