This Week in Valencia Tech Events

Most n8n tutorials focus on how nodes work.

This workshop is about something more practical: how n8n is actually adopted inside real business environments.

We’ll look at practical cases where n8n has been used to solve business problems - from structured, deterministic automations to more flexible AI-powered and agentic workflows.

The focus is on the full path from:

Business problem → Process → Automation approach → n8n workflow → Working solution

You’ll hear real examples of how n8n has been applied in business operations, where deterministic automation works best, where AI agents make sense, and how both approaches can be combined in one system.

We’re putting together a lineup of 3-4 speakers, and here’s your first look:

🎤 Roman Rodomansky
Co-founders & CTO of Ralabs

“In The Loop 2026: n8n future vision from Berlin”

Fresh from n8n’s first global conference in Berlin on October 13-14, Roman will share insights into what’s next for n8n.

🎤 Sara Antole
MetaMask, Software Engineer

When valuable business data is scattered across different tools and systems, it can be hard to see the bigger picture or use it to drive action. In this talk, Sara will show how MetaMask Support tackled this challenge with n8n, bringing fragmented information together to make business insights more accessible and actionable.

Sara is a software engineer at MetaMask working at the intersection of AI, automation, and business. Outside of her 9-to-5, she helps businesses identify where AI and automation can create real value and turn those opportunities into practical solutions that make their teams more effective.

🎤 Davide Rapidà
TriggerlyAI, Founder & Fractional AI & GTM Engineer

An automated workflow that captures sales call recordings, stores them in Google Drive and Notion, and uses AI to transcribe and summarize prospect sentiment, interest, and next steps. It then updates Attio CRM with actionable notes, eliminating manual admin and keeping sales data organized.

Davide has 5+ years working alongside early-stage startups, VCs and accelerators across Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the US. He has designed and run 4+ international open innovation programs connecting 40+ startups with large organizations, and hosted events and demo days for 60+ people. Today, Davide serves as a Fractional AI & GTM Engineer for B2B startups and SMEs, where he helps them save time and drive revenue without adding headcount: he identifies and quantifies where time and money leak across their go-to-market and operations, implements the systems to fix it, and trains their leaders and teams to use the tools and build the systems they need.

#4🎤 One slot is available

If you would like to showcase your n8n workflow, don't hesitate to get in touch with [email protected]

We’ll cover cases involving:

Business process automation

Data moving between different systems

CRM, leads and customer operations

Social media content creation and management

AI-powered workflows with Agentic automation

Moving from experimental workflows to automations used in real operations

This is not a presentation-heavy event and not a generic “how to use n8n” training.

The goal is to discuss real implementations, real architecture decisions and practical lessons from using n8n in business.

Your hosts

Digital Business Architect from Lithuania with 26+ years of experience building digital businesses and systems.
