AI Native Summit - SF TechWeek 2026

Code. Build. Compete.

📍 San Francisco Tech Week📅 October 9–10, 2026

AI Native Summit is where builders become champions.

This is not a passive conference. It’s a two-day, high-intensity gathering of engineers, founders, AI researchers, infrastructure teams, and startup operators building the future of AI-native systems.

The Summit combines:

Track 1 — Nonstop Technical TalksTrack 2 — Hands-On Build LabsThe AINative Hack Champion Finals

And one big idea:

The community determines the prize pool.

🧠 Track 1 — Technical Deep Dive (Nonstop Talks)

No filler content. No motivational fluff.

Track 1 is a continuous stream of high-signal technical sessions covering:

AI-native development workflowsMulti-agent orchestrationGPU optimization & inference strategiesVector databases & memory systemsModel fine-tuning & evaluationOpen-source AI toolingInfrastructure scalingReal-world AI startup case studies

If you're building serious systems, this is your track.

🛠 Track 2 — Build Labs (Hands-On)

Track 2 is where theory turns into code.

Throughout the Summit, we’ll host hands-on labs led by AINative and partner companies (TBD), including:

AIKit rapid UI buildsAIKit A2UI experimentsZeroDB vector memory labsAINative APIs integrationAgent orchestration workflowsInfrastructure optimization sessionsSponsor-led product labs

This is not a demo stage. It’s a working room.

Bring your laptop. Ship something.

🏆 The AINative Hack Champion 2026

Throughout the year, regional AINative Hackathons will take place in:

San FranciscoLos AngelesAtlantaDetroit

Each city sends its winning team to the AI Native Summit in San Francisco to compete in the AINative Hack Champion 2026 Finals.

The base prize pool starts at:

💰 $50,000 Cash & Prizes

But here’s the twist:

Every sponsorship dollar raised beyond event costs goes directly to the winning team.

That means:

The bigger the community engagement…The larger the sponsorship pool…The bigger the final cash prize.

This is a community-powered championship.
